OUR RETURNS POLICY
Items in stock: Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any UNOPENED item you purchased from Smiles All Around, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDERS

To return an UNOPENED item, please box the item securely and be sure to include a copy of your invoice (retain one for your records as well!). Send it to Smiles All Around, P.O. Box 5682, Evansville, IN 47715. Once we receive the item, we will issue a credit to the original credit card. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement.

Smiles All Around may accept returns of UNOPENED items returned more than 30 days after delivery at our discretion, but a small restocking fee of 15% may be charged. Please contact us BEFORE shipping an item back past 30 days at support@smilesallaround.com.

Opened items returns are at the discretion of Smiles-All-Around. Please contact us BEFORE shipping a product back and requesting credit at support@smilesallaround.com

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Smiles All Around of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Smiles All Around cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
